Drones and smart glasses help visually impaired workers as AI expands jobs

Bosma Enterprises in Indiana uses AI drones, Meta smart glasses, screen magnification software and screen readers to support logistics and inventory work. The company introduced an autonomous drone-based inventory system with Gather AI, boosting speed and accuracy. Executives said e-commerce is raising labour needs.
