KT M Mobile named top budget carrier for call centre quality for eighth straight year

KT M Mobile said on Thursday it was named an outstanding company in the budget mobile carrier category for an eighth straight year in the 2026 Call Center Quality Index survey hosted by the Korean Standards Association. The company said it received high marks for customer service and counselling operations using generative AI. It said it introduced an AI-based plan recommendation service and expanded AI use across sign-up, activation and counselling.

SKT tops call center quality index for fifth straight year

SK Telecom on Sept. 15 said it was selected as the top company for a fifth consecutive year in the 2026 Call Center Quality Index (KS-CQI) survey run by the Korean Standards Association. The index evaluates call center service quality through customer satisfaction surveys and call monitoring across seven areas and 39 items. SKT said it uses AI to monitor consultations, automate routine tasks and provide 24-hour chatbot and callbot services.

KT wins three top awards in call centre quality index

KT was named the top company in the mobile and broadband internet-IPTV categories of the KS Call Center Quality Index run by the Korean Standards Association, the company said on Tuesday. KT said it marked its 12th consecutive top ranking in mobile and 13th in broadband-IPTV. It also won the AX Contact Center Innovation Award, achieving three awards in total, after being recognised for customer-centre innovation using AI technologies.
