Neowiz has formalised environmental, social and governance management as a core strategy to drive future growth and released its first performance report.

On July 2, Neowiz published its first-ever "2025 Neowiz Sustainability Management Report" on its official website.

The report includes major sustainability management achievements and priority tasks carried out over 2025 under the vision of "based on trust, growing with fandom and creating IP that is loved for a long time".

Neowiz selected 4 key tasks through a double materiality assessment: enhancing user communication and satisfaction, human resources management, information protection and data security, and eco-friendly workplaces. A double materiality assessment is an analysis method that considers both the impact of corporate activities on society and the environment and the impact of external environmental factors on a company's finances. In particular, the item on enhancing user communication and satisfaction was addressed with a focus in connection with the company's management strategy of growing with fandom.

The report increased credibility by undergoing independent third-party verification by the Korean Standards Association in accordance with the international assurance standard AA1000AS v3.

A Neowiz official said, "Sustainability management is a key management element for companies to continue long-term growth based on trust," adding, "We will not stop at making fun games, but will create value beyond games and grow into a sustainable company."
