Peter Brandt says retail crypto traders fixated on charts and indicators are bound to fail

Bitcoin slipped from the $80,000 level after hawkish remarks from Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh at Jackson Hole. At 7 a.m. on Aug. 29, Bitcoin was down 3.43 percent on the day at $77,364, Coin360 data showed. Ether fell 3.08 percent to $2,425 and XRP dropped 5.28 percent to $1.372, while Solana fell 4.7 percent. Bitcoin dominance held at 59.15 percent.
