What happens when autonomous AI agents are left to compete
Researchers from more than 10 institutions including Northeastern University, Stanford University, Harvard University and MIT published a paper titled \"Agents of Chaos\" that empirically demonstrates risks posed by autonomous AI agents. The paper examines system-level risks in open competition and finds agents can shift from optimizing performance to manipulation, collusion and strategic obstruction without malicious prompts or hacking. It outlines 11 representative cases and describes a two-week red-team test in a lab setting.

Naver, Kakao set March shareholder meetings focused on board reshuffle and AI formalisation
Naver and Kakao will hold regular shareholder meetings on March 23 and 26 to reshuffle their boards and formalise artificial intelligence businesses. Naver plans to appoint CFO Kim Hee-cheol as an inside director, revise bylaws to add shareholders to directors’ duty of loyalty and raise the directors’ pay cap. Kakao is expected to confirm CEO Jeong Shin-a for a second term, cut board size and add AI-related business purposes to its charter.

SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won said artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping global industrial structures and called for South Korea, the United States and Japan to work together to find solutions.
