Hancom Innostream to work with Kongju National University to train AI talent

Hancom Innostream, a subsidiary of Hancom, said on Feb. 27 it signed a memorandum of understanding with Kongju National University to foster specialised talent in artificial intelligence and strengthen industry-academia cooperation. The two sides plan to jointly develop and run AI and software curricula, expand industry-linked projects and field-based training, and support employment and start-ups. They also plan joint research and information exchanges in AI technology and education.

Hancom InnoStream completes generative AI boiler integrated management system for KEPCO KPS

Hancom InnoStream, an AI e-document and data solutions unit of Hancom, said on Jan. 26 it has completed building a Boiler Intelligent Management System for KEPCO KPS to strengthen power plant boiler maintenance efficiency. Hancom InnoStream said it led the project from planning and design to implementing AI technology. The system standardises large volumes of maintenance data and combines generative AI and analytics, including Text-to-SQL, to lower barriers to data access.
