Hancom Innostream, a subsidiary of Hancom, said on Tuesday it is taking part as an education partner in the Ministry of Employment and Labor-led K-Digital Training (KDT) “AI Campus” project and will recruit its first cohort of trainees.

The Labor Ministry’s AI Campus is a job-training project introduced for the first time this year to develop field-tailored talent such as AI engineers, AI application developers, AI convergence specialists and AI hardware engineers.

Hancom Innostream will oversee overall support for curriculum operations, hands-on projects and employment linkage under the project. As an Nvidia DLI accredited training center, it plans to use its accumulated Nvidia-based AI training know-how. DLI-certified instructors and ambassadors will participate directly, providing support from setting technical direction to in-depth code reviews.

The program is divided into two tracks: “AI Agent” and “Robotics.” Each is structured as a 960-hour intensive offline course and will run for six months from Oct. 12 to April 2, 2027.

Chief Executive Yeon-su Kim (김연수) of Hancom Innostream said, “In the AI industry field, beyond simply acquiring theory, practical capabilities to proactively solve real problems are most important.” He added, “By combining Nvidia’s global technology ecosystem with Hancom Innostream’s specialized technical training capabilities, we will systematically foster job-ready talent that will drive the growth of the AI and robotics industries.”
