Hana Securities, Hana Financial TI hold coastal plogging on Yeongjongdo
Hana Securities said on April 21 it held a coastal plogging activity with Hana Financial TI around Yeongjongdo in Incheon, with employees and their families taking part. Participants walked along the shoreline and collected various types of litter washed up on the beach, including waste plastic, PET bottles, vinyl and pieces of styrofoam. They also cleaned up trash left near coastal walkways and embankments as part of efforts to prevent marine pollution.

Hana Financial Group launches \'Productive Finance Academy\'
Hana Financial Group said on April 14 it will launch a \'Productive Finance Academy\' by expanding and reorganising its existing training programmes to strengthen execution of productive finance. The academy will be led by Hana Bank’s Hana Financial Research Institute and is expected to be introduced in the first half of the year to foster specialist staff. The group plans to link existing programmes and expand them into a structured curriculum, drawing on in-house research capabilities and external cooperation.

Hana Bank launches AI pension investment withdrawal solution
Hana Bank said on Dec. 31 it will introduce an AI pension investment withdrawal solution service, the first of its kind in the banking sector. The service provides strategies for the pension withdrawal stage, including portfolio proposals by AI, tailored to withdrawal goals for customers with individual retirement pension accounts. The bank said it uses its goal-based investing model developed with an internal unit and plans to roll out non-face-to-face services in the first quarter of 2026.
