KT M Mobile runs prize event for existing customers with Galaxy Z8 giveaways

KT M Mobile is running a prize event for existing customers, offering Samsung Electronics’ Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8, along with Naver Pay vouchers. The company said the “Big Event” will run through Sept. 30 for customers currently using its service lines. A total of 502 winners will be selected, including 500 who will receive 10,000-won Naver Pay vouchers. Winners will be announced in early November.

Report easily if your smartphone contract terms differ

Users who find that smartphone contract or activation terms differ from what they were told, or suspect unfair sales practices, can file a direct report through a user-participation scheme and receive compensation if violations are confirmed. The Korea Communications Users Protection Association said reports must be filed within 14 days of activation. Only the subscriber can report, except parents reporting for minor children. Verified cases pay 50,000 won per report, limited to once per quarter and 200,000 won per year.
