Com2uS confirms \'Gachiakuta: Breakout\' title, set for 2027 release
Com2uS has confirmed the official title of its upcoming console and PC game based on the animation \'Gachiakuta\' as \'Gachiakuta: Breakout\' and released its first gameplay footage. The company unveiled a gameplay trailer at the Tokyo Game Show 2026 Xbox showcase. The survival action RPG features cartoon-style graphics and character-specific combat. It is due for a global release in 2027 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and Steam.

Com2uS Q2 operating profit 7.2 billion won, up 421 percent
Com2uS posted second-quarter revenue of 157 billion won and operating profit of 7.2 billion won on a consolidated basis, it said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday. Operating profit rose 420.7 percent from a year earlier. On a standalone basis, revenue was 134 billion won and operating profit was 12.3 billion won, up 149.5 percent. The company plans new releases and updates in the second half.

Com2uS boosts profitability on baseball games, eyes H2 growth with Zeus and Crimson Inferno
Com2uS said it sharply improved first-quarter profitability, helped by growth in its baseball games and more efficient spending. It reported revenue of 144.7 billion won and operating profit of 5.1 billion won, while posting a net loss of 8.3 billion won due to valuation losses on investment assets. The company is targeting growth in the second half with the launches of MMORPG Zeus: The God of Pride and the anime IP-based Do-won Amgui Crimson Inferno.
