Ripple upgrades GSmart AI for corporate treasury management, expands policy, analytics and audit tools

Ripple has expanded the capabilities of its GSmart finance AI embedded in its corporate treasury management platform, Ripple Treasury. The update broadens AI use while strengthening controls and auditability required by companies. New features include linked agents across forecasting and reporting, a Knowledge Studio for defining organisational policies and rules, and an Analytics Studio for financial analysis and AI-based reporting. Ripple said approvals remain human-led, with calculations separated from AI interpretation.

Zeiss overhauls SAP cloud ERP migration plan, shifts from greenfield to brownfield

Germany\'s optics company Zeiss Group has revised its plan to shift to SAP\'s cloud ERP software after costs rose, Bloomberg News reported. Zeiss decided to use a brownfield approach that moves existing software systems to the cloud, after a greenfield plan to build a new cloud-based system proved more complex than expected. A Zeiss spokesperson said the company regularly reviews large projects and adjusted the ERP migration to speed the transition and better meet business unit needs.

Grayscale CEO says institutional flows, corporate adoption matter more than bitcoin\'s 20 percent surge

He said markets focusing only on bitcoin’s recent 20 percent weekly jump miss larger shifts, pointing to bitcoin-linked ETP flows and expanding blockchain use by companies. He also cited survey data on institutional investors planning to raise crypto allocations and argued blockchain can complement AI in payments and identity.
