Apple TV 4K 2022 vs 2026: what has changed

Apple will launch its fourth-generation Apple TV 4K on Nov. 13, four years after the previous model, priced at $299. Engadget compared the new model with the third-generation Apple TV 4K, noting the shift to an A19 chip, increased memory, an AV1 hardware decoder and upgrades to Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. Google and Meta turn back to Nvidia tie-up on AI networking hardware

Google and Meta are adopting Nvidia\'s AI networking hardware even as they develop their own AI semiconductors to reduce reliance on Nvidia. Nvidia unveiled the plan at the Open Compute Project global summit in San Jose. Meta will build open AI networking using Nvidia Spectrum-X and Spectrum-6, while Google will support Falcon Transport on Nvidia ConnectX-10 and BlueField DPU. Nvidia also shared rack designs and new data centre standards with partners.

Why the Mac mini is cheaper than the MacBook

The Mac mini sells at a much lower price than the MacBook because it excludes a display, battery and built-in input devices and is designed around desktop use, a report said. Engadget said the gap reflects parts and design differences rather than simple performance tiers. It noted the Mac mini can offer high performance for typical tasks but may be limited by base storage. The best choice depends on users’ existing monitors and peripherals.
