SUSE may be up for sale again as EQT sounds out potential $6 billion deal
Private equity firm EQT is reviewing a possible sale of Linux and cloud software company SUSE. Reuters reported on March 10 that SUSE could be valued at up to $6 billion, or more than 5 billion euros, if a deal is reached. Talks are still at an early stage. EQT to launch tender offer for remaining Douzone Bizon stake, seeks delisting
Global private equity firm EQT will turn enterprise software company Douzone Bizon, where it secured management control last year, into an unlisted company. EQT will launch a tender offer for 57.7 percent of Douzone Bizon shares at 120,000 won per share through March 24 and will buy all shares tendered. EQT said it concluded that making the company a wholly owned subsidiary and delisting it would be in its interests.
