Douzone Bizon said it held a "2026 Vision Declaration" event on March 27 at Douzone Eulji Tower in Jung-gu, Seoul. At the event, it declared a new era of management aligned with "global standards" through a board reshuffle and a shift to a co-CEO structure. It also unveiled a new slogan.

The company said it completed a board lineup centered on Jonas Persson (요나스 페르손), an EQT senior adviser, and strengthened its governance structure. It said the focus was on establishing an advanced governance structure that guarantees management autonomy and supports a global network based on EQT's investment philosophy.

EQT previously said on March 26 it had secured about 90 percent of Douzone Bizon's stake and would take swift steps toward delisting in accordance with relevant laws. Douzone Bizon said it expects that once delisting is completed, a more efficient decision-making system will be established, adding momentum to its restructuring.

In line with the new management structure, Douzone Bizon also officially launched a co-CEO system led jointly by Vice Chairman Kang-su Lee (이강수) of the ERP Platform Business Group and President Yong-gu Ji (지용구) of the AX Innovation Business Group. It said it will focus its capabilities on a two-track strategy to reinforce dominance in its core markets while accelerating new businesses and global expansion.

At the event, Douzone Bizon also reaffirmed its commitment to concentrate company-wide capabilities to lead the digital B2B ecosystem. It also unveiled the slogan "Authentic Innovation, AX and More (True innovation, value beyond AX)," which it said encapsulates its new management vision.

Lee said joining a global partner goes beyond a simple capital inflow and will provide a solid foundation for Douzone Bizon to compete on top quality in the market. He said the company will invest resources secured through improved management efficiency over the long term to strengthen top technology and customer service, advance its solutions and repay market trust.

Ji said meeting EQT, which shares the Wallenberg family's philosophy of long-term value creation, will be a decisive turning point for Douzone Bizon to newly redefine standards in South Korea's AI ecosystem based on its accumulated competitiveness. He said the company will go beyond simply adopting technology to lead AI innovation optimized for South Korea's business settings and be reborn as a true AX leader recognized by global standards.
