Agentic AX that delivers results requires proper preparation first

Corporate investment in agent-based AI work innovation, known as agentic AI transformation (AX), is rising, but experts say implementation is harder than expected without preparation. At DigitalToday’s Digital Insight 2026 conference in Seoul, specialists from SK Telecom, MegazoneCloud, Hana Bank, Encoa, Nol Universe and Nvidia Korea shared practical experience. Speakers stressed defining tasks and authority, building AI-ready data, maintaining trust and control in finance, and securing orchestration and infrastructure.

Noly Universe staff use AI to cut repetitive tasks, 97 AX projects applied

Noly Universe employees are using AI to reduce repetitive work such as converting concert seating charts and consolidating event information, the company says. It has applied 97 AX transition projects to day-to-day operations and estimates monthly time savings of about 3,600 hours. Team leader Joo-bong Yoo presented internal AX cases at DigitalToday’s Digital Insight 2026 conference in Seoul, citing tools built by staff and processes to share and reuse them.

Financial firms step up Chuseok sharing drives, expand community outreach

Financial companies in South Korea are stepping up social contribution activities ahead of the Chuseok holiday, ranging from purchases to support traditional markets to aid for vulnerable groups and employee-led volunteering. The Financial Supervisory Service joined four firms and the Salvation Army for a market event in Seoul. Major banks and financial groups ran nationwide programs delivering goods and vouchers to welfare facilities, low-income households, seniors living alone, multicultural families and patients.
