[Digital Today reporter Hyunwoo Choo] Bambini & The Gifted, a language institute in Hannam-dong, Seoul, said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with SIE Central, located in Seongdong-gu, for mutual exchanges and information sharing.
The agreement was arranged so that Bambini, which runs English programs for young children, and SIE Central, which runs learning programs for elementary and middle school students, can understand each other’s operating direction and learning approaches and share useful information with students and parents.
Bambini, which has built experience in early childhood English learning since 1996, places importance on autonomy, creativity and a self-directed learning attitude. SIE Central focuses on cultivating creative and critical thinking and global capabilities through project-based inquiry activities, discussions and problem-solving-centered activities.
Based on a shared value of emphasizing voluntary curiosity and self-directed learning, the two sides are beginning cooperation. Through regular exchanges, they plan to understand each other’s program structure and operating methods and to prepare phased events such as briefings introducing SIE Central’s programs to Bambini parents.
A Bambini official said, "What is important for children is not learning English quickly, but developing the ability to think and explore on their own and discover the joy of learning." SIE Central said, "We hope to continue exchanges of information that are practically helpful to students and families."
Bambini is recruiting new students for the 2027 school year. It will hold briefing sessions on Nov. 4 and 5, and applications to participate can be made on Bambini’s website.
