Nvidia\'s Huang says next year\'s revenue could rise 70 percent

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang (Jensen Huang) reiterated a forecast that the company’s revenue next year could grow 70 percent from the previous year, saying Nvidia is embedded across the AI ecosystem even as competition intensifies. Speaking at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia+Technology Conference, Huang described Nvidia’s AI infrastructure scale, growing demand for certain systems and the company’s wide information network spanning suppliers, data centers and startups. He also addressed questions about investment-related purchases and said Nvidia manages risk by checking contracts.

Anthropic releases 2030 U.S. jobs and GDP scenarios as growth brings employment shock

Anthropic published a webpage outlining three economic scenarios for how AI could affect U.S. employment and GDP by 2030. It said AI may boost productivity and expand the economy while hurting knowledge-worker jobs and wages. The scenarios range from a mild impact similar to the internet to a radical case in which AI outperforms humans in most knowledge work. Anthropic projected higher GDP but warned of job transitions, higher unemployment risks and a declining labor share in the radical case.

SK Chairman Choi Tae-won checks Ulsan sites three months after AX overhaul declaration

SK Group Chairman Choi Tae-won (최태원) is inspecting the group\'s AI transition progress by visiting SK AI Data Center Ulsan and SK Innovation\'s UlsanCLX on Sept. 10, SK Group said. The visit comes three months after Choi declared an \"AX-centered management overhaul\" at the New Icheon Forum in June. Executives from key affiliates are accompanying him as he reviews implementation of the group\'s \"AI full-stack provider\" strategy from infrastructure to manufacturing AX.
