China\'s telecom carriers usher in era of AI token pricing plans

China\'s Moonshot AI raises $2 billion at $20 billion valuation
Chinese AI model developer Moonshot AI raised $2 billion at a $20 billion valuation, TechCrunch reported on Wednesday. The round was led by Long-Z Investment, the venture capital arm of Meituan, with participation from Tsinghua Capital, China Mobile and CPE Yuanfeng. TechCrunch said Moonshot has raised $3.9 billion over the past six months and that its valuation rose from $4.3 billion at end-2025 to $10 billion in early 2026.
