ElevenLabs provides agent platform to senior care firm Caring
AI audio research and development startup ElevenLabs said on April 21 that senior care specialist Caring has adopted the ElevenLabs Agents Platform and is expanding its AI emotional care service. Caring operates a service that calls older people who are alone and provides regular conversations outside caregiver visit hours. After adopting the solution, Caring also plans to enter global markets. Caring ran pilot projects from November to January and reported full completion and participation rates.
