Woowahan Cheongnyeondeul to distribute 700,000 bottles of water at Baemin B Mart to support riders during heatwave season
Woowahan Cheongnyeondeul, which handles logistics services for Delivery Minjok, will distribute 700,000 bottles of water free of charge at Baemin B Mart stores nationwide from June 15 to Sept. 20. The company said the move is part of its 2026 comprehensive heatwave response plan for riders and follows a safety and health workplace agreement signed in May with government agencies. It also plans cooling equipment at pickup zones.

Woowa Youth names former Sejong deputy mayor Kwon Oh-jung as new CEO
Woowa Youth has named former Sejong Special Self-Governing City deputy mayor Kwon Oh-jung as its next chief executive. Kim Yong-seok, who has served concurrently as Woowa Youth CEO since August last year, will step down and keep only his role as head of Woowa Brothers\' external communications centre. Kwon, born in 1968, has worked at the presidential office, the prime minister\'s office and local governments.
