New book: I Have Read 100,000 Resumes lays out conditions for talent in the AI era
Moon Sun-kyung (문선경), a veteran headhunter who has reviewed more than 100,000 resumes over 20 years, has published a new book titled \"I Have Read 100,000 Resumes: Conditions for Talent in the AI Era,\" issued by Ttium Publishing. The publisher said the book argues that the era of relying on length of career is over and that “experience density” now outweighs expertise. It focuses on ways individuals can connect expertise and build their own growth structure in a rapidly changing AI and global environment.

BCG, OpenAI form Frontier Alliance partnership to support enterprise AI transformation
Boston Consulting Group and OpenAI said on Feb. 24 they signed a Frontier Alliance partnership to support companies pursuing enterprise-wide AI transformation. The partnership combines BCG’s industry, functional and technology consulting expertise with OpenAI’s AI research and product capabilities. The two will run integrated end-to-end teams covering AI strategy, operating model redesign and industry-specific workflow optimisation. They said many firms struggle due to mixed AI tools, complex integration and weak governance.

Sajoo hires former BCG, Krafton and Amazon executive as CFO
AI cross-border shopping platform Sajoo has hired Hi-jae Jung (정희재) as chief financial officer. Jung worked at Boston Consulting Group on growth strategy projects in deep-tech areas such as edge and cloud computing. He also led M&A and business expansion at IT companies in and outside South Korea, including Krafton and Amazon. Sajoo, headquartered in Japan, operates services in South Korea and Japan and offers AI-based cost calculation and localization features.
