Moon Sun-kyung (문선경), a veteran headhunter and managing director at Unico Search who has reviewed more than 100,000 resumes over 20 years, has published a new book that sets out rules for career growth. The book is titled "I Have Read 100,000 Resumes: Conditions for Talent in the AI Era" and was published by Ttium Publishing.

The publisher said the book stresses that the era of settling for the length of a career is over and that an era has arrived in which “experience density” overwhelms expertise.

The author focuses on presenting alternatives for how individuals can connect their expertise and complete their own growth structure in a rapidly changing AI technology and global environment.

The author focuses on the type of talent that coexists with AI and differentiates itself. From the importance of personal branding, in which a digital footprint becomes a career, to a POINT strategy for winning interviews, the book offers practical guidance that both job seekers and corporate HR staff can immediately apply in the field.

Moon majored in hotel management at New York University (NYU) and began her career at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in New York. She then worked for 9 years at JPMorgan's Seoul office, gaining experience in frontline finance. She later moved to the Seoul office of strategy consulting firm BCG (Boston Consulting Group) as a recruitment manager, handling selection criteria for top-tier talent at close range. She currently works as managing director at search firm Unico Search.
