Anthropic staff publicly challenge CEO in Slack culture
Anthropic is reported to foster a culture in which employees openly raise differences of opinion and debate even comments by CEO Dario Amodei on the internal messenger Slack. Growth chief Amol Abassare said on a podcast that staff are encouraged to argue with Amodei.
