Qualcomm introduces collaboration with 6 Korean startups at Industrial AI Expo

Qualcomm Technologies will take part in Industrial AI Expo 2026 and present technologies from startups built on Qualcomm platforms, it said on Tuesday. The company said it aims to expand its partnership ecosystem in industrial AI and automation. A QAIPI pavilion will feature six startups and five partners in industrial and embedded IoT. A Qualcomm Robotics Zone will demonstrate two robots using Qualcomm and Arduino-based components.

XRP open interest falls as liquidity rebounds, market signals mixed

XRP has risen sharply from its August low, but derivatives open interest on major exchanges has fallen. Data cited by The Crypto Basic showed Binance liquidity turnover climbed to about $4.6 billion, while open interest on Bybit and Binance declined. CryptoQuant analyst Amr Taha said Bybit open interest swung from a 61 million XRP rise to minus 37.5 million XRP by Sept. 12 as prices climbed. Analysts said falling open interest alone does not determine market direction.

MSIT, MSS cooperate on physical AI manufacturing innovation, speeding adoption by SMEs

South Korea will strengthen cross-agency cooperation to expand the adoption of physical AI by small and medium-sized manufacturers, covering technology development, demonstrations and commercialisation. The Ministry of Science and ICT and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups visited KAIST’s Physical AI Demonstration Lab and held a meeting with technology suppliers and manufacturing demand firms. The ministries plan to connect suppliers and users through the Physical AI Alliance and support demand-driven development and demonstrations.
