LG CNS completes 30-MW AI data centre in Indonesia in first overseas build
LG CNS said on Sunday it has completed a 30-megawatt AI data centre in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company described it as the first case of a South Korean company directly building an AI data centre for an overseas client on-site. The project was ordered last year by KMG, a joint venture of Indonesia\'s Sinar Mas Group and Korea Investment Real Asset Management. LG CNS said it secured customers for the full capacity before completion.

LG CNS Q3 operating profit up 15 percent to 138.2 billion won
LG CNS said on Thursday its third-quarter consolidated sales rose 9.3 percent from a year earlier to 1.66 trillion won, and operating profit climbed 15.0 percent to 138.2 billion won. Revenue from its AI and cloud business increased 9.3 percent to 961.5 billion won, supported by AI data centre projects and colocation. Digital business services revenue jumped 21.3 percent, while smart engineering revenue edged down.

Nvidia will pay $1 billion on Nov. 6 for a strategic equity investment in Naver, the company said. After completion, Nvidia is expected to hold about 4.54% of Naver, becoming its third-largest shareholder after the National Pension Service and BlackRock. Naver moved the payment date for the third-party allotment rights offering to Nov. 6 and shifted the listing date of new shares to Nov. 27.
