Lenovo said on Oct. 7 it is launching Lenovo AI Express in cooperation with NVIDIA to help companies transition AI into live operations.

According to the company, Lenovo AI Express supports adoption of Lenovo Hybrid AI Factory with NVIDIA. It provides three pre-validated configurations based on AI demand, including model size, number of users and throughput.

The Small option supports 30-plus TPS AI inference for several dozen users. It is suited to models averaging 7 billion to 70 billion parameters. The Medium option supports 30-plus TPS high-throughput inference and agentic AI for several hundred users. It targets models averaging 70 billion to 400 billion parameters.

The Large option provides large-scale generative AI infrastructure configurations that can support thousands of users in diverse workload environments. It supports models of up to 1 trillion parameters and enterprise-grade deployments.

Sumir Bhatia (수미르 바티아), Lenovo's chief commercial officer for Asia-Pacific, said, “Asia-Pacific companies are looking for practical ways to adopt AI faster while keeping a balance among performance, scalability and investment efficiency.” He said, “Lenovo AI Express helps quickly build AI infrastructure tailored to customer needs, reducing risks from excessive upfront investment or delays in adoption.”
