Genesis expands AI agent partnerships with Adobe, AWS, Salesforce and others

Customer experience platform company Genesis is expanding new and existing partnerships with Adobe, AWS, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Meta, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Sierra. The companies aim to use Genesis Cloud to coordinate AI agents, employees and business processes while maintaining connections with existing enterprise technologies. Genesis said it will combine Adobe CX Enterprise event data with Genesis Cloud interaction data and focus on A2A interoperability with Salesforce Agentforce and ServiceNow.

South Korea\'s MSIT joins Linux Foundation AAIF to lead agentic AI international standards

South Korea\'s Ministry of Science and ICT said on Aug. 25 that the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute has joined the Linux Foundation\'s Agentic AI Foundation to move to lead international standards for agentic AI. The foundation, set up in December, develops and spreads common specifications so agentic AI can evolve in an open environment. It has about 250 member organisations, including major AI companies and universities.

KakaoTalk to serve as agent gateway, cut AI inference costs by 90 percent

Kakao is integrating AI into KakaoTalk and aims to cut server inference costs by up to 90 percent by handling about half of user requests on smartphones. KakaoAI says its on-device-first design and model routing will keep performance while limiting cost growth as users increase. It also plans smaller server models through distillation. KakaoAI set 2030 targets including revenue above 6 trillion won and AI DAU of 20 million.
