Genesis, a customer experience (CX) platform company, is launching new partnerships and expanding existing cooperation with Adobe, AWS, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Meta, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Sierra.

Techzine reported on Sept. 3 that the partnerships will allow companies to use Genesis Cloud to coordinate AI agents, employees and business processes while maintaining links to existing enterprise technologies.

Genesis Cloud, which positions itself as a customer experience orchestration layer, has real-time intelligence, open connectivity and governance. It integrates AI agents, strategic platforms and customer interactions into one.

Under the partnerships, Adobe and Genesis will combine Adobe CX Enterprise event data and Genesis Cloud interaction data in both directions.

Genesis is focusing on ensuring A2A interoperability with Salesforce Agentforce and ServiceNow. This will support AI agents communicating and handing off work while maintaining context between them.

Deepgram will provide conversational speech understanding technology, while ElevenLabs will provide voice synthesis technology for Genesis agentic virtual agents. Cooperation with AWS has broadened access to foundation models and cloud infrastructure.

The announcement is based on Pinkfish, which Genesis recently acquired. Pinkfish is a company that connects customer intent to enterprise business processes and supports access to more than 500 integrations and 25,000 MCP tools.

Glenn Nethercutt (글렌 네더커트), Genesis chief technology officer, said, "To fully realize AI’s potential, companies must be able to innovate freely across technologies without harming the continuity of customer experience."
