[DigitalToday reporter Chi-gyu Hwang] Adobe said on Wednesday it is rolling out an agentic AI solution for businesses called CX Enterprise Coworker for marketers.
The company said CX Enterprise Coworker will integrate with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and AEP-based applications including Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics and Journey Optimizer. It monitors signals based on defined goals and suggests next actions. It can handle workflows spanning planning, execution and optimisation, while allowing humans to intervene in key decisions.
It is based on open standards such as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent (A2A), and will also connect with major AI platforms including AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft and OpenAI.
Adobe will also work with Nvidia to integrate Nvidia's OpenShell secure runtime environment and Nemotron open models.
Anjul Bhambhri (안줄 밤브리), senior vice president of customer experience orchestration engineering at Adobe, said it supports brands in closing the gap between insights and execution and delivering one-to-one personalised experiences at scale. CX Enterprise Coworker is set for official release within the coming months.
