Charles Hoskinson says Cardano is his life's work despite $3 billion loss

Cardano (ADA) founder Charles Hoskinson said he is still one of the largest ADA holders, reaffirming his commitment to the Cardano ecosystem. He described Cardano as his life's work in a recent X Spaces appearance. Hoskinson has said he suffered the biggest losses in the Cardano community during a broader crypto market downturn and disclosed earlier this year that he had more than $3 billion in unrealised losses after ADA fell over 90 percent from its all-time high.

Binance launches USDT-settled perpetual futures betting on SpaceX pre-IPO valuation

Binance has launched a perpetual futures product that lets users bet on the expected pre-IPO valuation of unlisted companies, Cointelegraph reported. The first contract is linked to SpaceX and is settled in tether's USDT. The product is designed to reflect disclosed IPO price indicators, valuation ranges and the final offering price, then switch to tracking real-time market prices after listing. Binance said the contract could be delisted and settled under separate procedures if listing is delayed or cancelled.

Local governments hold AX overhaul forum as Chu Mi-ae, Kim Byung-wook pitch policies

The Korea Generative AI Foundation (KGAF) said it held a policy forum in Seongnam to discuss AI transformation visions for Gyeonggi province and the city. Attendees included gubernatorial candidate Chu Mi-ae and Seongnam mayoral candidate Kim Byung-wook, along with lawmakers and AI experts. Chu highlighted semiconductors as core infrastructure and said AX can expand across industries. Kim urged data standardisation and model development for public administration.
