AI and data-based HR tech platform Worksphere on Thursday launched an official content channel for corporate HR practitioners called the Worksphere HR Blog.

The Worksphere HR Blog is organised around four categories: insights, success stories, reports and events, the company said. It also provides in-depth analysis that practitioners can refer to in their work, including on AI agents, recruitment automation and HR trends.

It is also offering for free an AX recruitment report that looks at strategies for HR managers to use AI and the direction of data-based recruitment. The blog also includes information and recap content from various Worksphere events, including offline meetups, seminars, networking and conferences.

Worksphere plans to gradually expand on-site content focused on hiring results and operational know-how from companies that have actually adopted AI-based solutions.

Worksphere is also running a technology blog that covers developer and AI technology content. A Worksphere official said, "As AI technology spreads and the hiring environment is being reshaped, the role of HR managers is also evolving strategically." The official added, "Based on data and on-the-ground experience, we will continue to present insights that HR practitioners can apply to their work, and we will grow into an insight platform that goes beyond simple information delivery to become a place where experience and know-how are exchanged among practitioners."
