Daol Savings Bank partners to finance TPZ Golf Studio startups

Daol Savings Bank said on Thursday it signed a memorandum of understanding with The Plaza, which operates TPZ Golf Studio, to provide financial support for entrepreneurs starting golf studios. Under the agreement, the bank will offer tailored financing for prospective founders and franchisees. It plans to provide up to 100 million won in startup funds after a comprehensive review of personal creditworthiness and business scale.

NH Nonghyup Bank joins Toss, KakaoPay loan comparison service

NH Nonghyup Bank said on Thursday it has listed its NH First Start Loan, a tailored credit loan product for people starting their careers, on the loan comparison services of Toss and KakaoPay. Launched in January last year, the product allows eligible workers to complete document submission and screening through the bank’s apps. The non-face-to-face loan offers up to 20 million won, with preferential rates up to 2.10 percentage points.

Korean retail investors pile into BitMine after 80 percent plunge

Korean retail investors are concentrating buying in overseas crypto-related stocks even after sharp drops, the article said. BitMine Immersion Technologies, backed by Tom Lee and focused on accumulating ether, fell about 82 percent from its July high but stayed near the top of Korean investors’ buy rankings. Data cited by Bloomberg showed Koreans were net buyers of about $1.4 billion of BitMine in 2025 and added $566 million to a 2-times leveraged ETF.
