Daol TS, an IT infrastructure and AI solutions company, said on Monday it will work with Vantiq, a global real-time AI orchestration platform company, to target the real-time, event-driven AI market.

Vantiq specialises in developing real-time, event-driven applications and AI agent orchestration solutions. It provides a platform that connects data and AI services in real time to automate business processes.

Under the agreement, the companies decided to combine Daol TS' AI appliance brand Daol Fusion with Vantiq's real-time AI orchestration technology. Based on that, they plan to jointly pursue a next-generation AI solutions business targeting the enterprise, manufacturing, logistics, public, and energy sectors.

Daol TS said it expects the cooperation to help Daol Fusion evolve beyond a basic AI infrastructure level into an intelligent AI platform that provides one-stop support for the full process from real-time data collection to analysis, decision-making and execution.

Daol TS CEO Jung-hwa Hong (홍정화) stressed that the agreement is an important starting point for providing practical AI services that customers can immediately use in real business settings by combining global AI platform technology with Daol TS' AI infrastructure capabilities.
