SDT, Viva cooperate to develop QRNG quantum-security AI CCTV

Quantum technology company SDT said on Sunday it signed a business partnership with video security company Viva to jointly develop and mass-produce QRNG-encrypted AI CCTV. The companies plan to integrate SDT's QRNG security module with Viva's AI CCTV hardware and software to offer a finished product with stronger end-to-end security. They will also prepare to enter public-sector and nationally important facilities markets and align security structures with NIS certification standards.

Red Hat upgrades Ansible Automation Platform, evolves into agentic AI operations layer

Red Hat said on June 1 it updated Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to help enterprises operationalise AI agents. The company said it is building a trusted execution layer for IT operations in an agentic era, linking AI intelligence with real-world operations. Red Hat said version 2.7 and a new automation orchestrator in technical preview combine human oversight with intelligent insights to orchestrate complex AI workflows.

Korea Gold Exchange Digital Asset, Hana Bank expand Hana Gold Trust eligibility to 18K, 14K

Korea Gold Exchange Digital Asset said on Sunday it will expand the list of items eligible for the Hana Gold Trust it operates with Hana Bank to include 18K and 14K gold, in addition to 24K. Eligible items include gold bars and jewellery such as rings and necklaces, with a minimum deposit weight of 30 grams. Deposited gold can be converted into a standard asset and returned as a 99.99 percent new gold bar after a one-year term.
