Financial Security Institute holds winter outing event for Suji children's center

The Financial Security Institute said on Jan. 13 it delivered donations to the Suji Community Child Center on Jan. 12 and held a winter vacation outing with children. The donations were used for the center's cultural experience activities. Institute employees participated voluntarily, spending time with the children and creating memories. An institute official said it would continue supporting local children and youth and carry out activities that share warmth with the community.

KakaoPay Securities ISA accounts top 100,000 two months after launch

KakaoPay Securities said its individual comprehensive asset management account (ISA) product exceeded 100,000 accounts as of Dec. 24. The company said weekly new accounts averaged about 12,000 since its Nov. 3 launch, while total deposited assets reached about 72 billion won and rose 28.5 percent a week on average. Subscribers are spread across people in their 20s to 50s. ETFs accounted for about 80 percent of assets excluding cash.

Daishin Financial Group delivers 'love donation' to vulnerable people in Naju

Daishin Songchon Cultural Foundation said on Tuesday it visited nine locations including Naju City Hall in South Jeolla province, a family centre, Eorin Eomma Dungji and Ihwa Infant Home to deliver “love donations.” The support will be concentrated on near-poor disabled allowance recipients, vulnerable households left out of care services and low-income infants, children and adolescents. Daishin Financial Group Chairman Lee Eo-ryong personally oversaw the donations.
