Banksalad says loan refinancing cut average interest by 560,000 won in 3 years

Banksalad on Monday released customer benefit data to mark the third anniversary of its loan refinancing service. The company said users saved an annual average of 560,000 won in interest, with an average rate cut of 4.2 percentage points and an average refinancing amount of 16.8 million won. It also cited cases of larger savings and said borrowers moving from second-tier lenders to top-tier lenders saw credit scores rise by 50 points on average.

SOOP rolls out AI that learns streamers' speech and style to enable 24/7 interaction

An AI-based "virtual manager" has been introduced to the live streaming ecosystem. SOOP said on June 9 it unveiled a beta version of its SARSA 2.0 AI manager service to support streamers' broadcast operation and user communication. The update focuses on continuity, allowing streams to continue even when a streamer is away or asleep. SARSA 2.0 learns from VOD and broadcast data to recreate a streamer’s tone and atmosphere and interact with viewers.

OpenAI improves ChatGPT user experience with enhanced memory, file and chart features

OpenAI said on June 9 it has improved the ChatGPT user experience by enhancing memory, file management and data visualisation features. The updated memory function automatically keeps user preferences, working styles and ongoing projects up to date. It is initially available to U.S. Plus and Pro subscribers and will expand within weeks to Free and Go plans and additional countries. ChatGPT also adds a file library, editable file-attached messages and interactive charts.
