Bitcoin could reach $457,000 by 2030 as long-term optimism grows

A forecast says Bitcoin could reach $457,000 within four years if it maintains a long-term growth trend. Bitcoin analyst Mark Harvey, citing a power-law model, projected an annual average growth rate of about 54 percent. The estimate is based on a current price near $82,830 and implies about 53 percent compound annual growth. Other models show different midpoints, and researchers are divided on whether such models can reliably predict future prices.

7,000 humanoid robots sold, but most go to labs not factories

About 7,000 humanoid robots were sold worldwide last year, but many were used in research institutions or to generate data for improving AI models rather than in industrial workplaces. The International Federation of Robotics counted the 2025 sales and, for the first time, tracked humanoids as a separate category. Pilot projects at carmakers remain small. IFR cautioned sales totals do not show actual deployment, usage frequency or value creation.

Bitmine secures 4.9% of Ethereum supply as holdings rise to $17.1 billion

Bitmine Immersion Technologies has secured 5.98 million ether, giving it about 4.9% of Ethereum’s total supply, and its cash and crypto holdings have risen to $17.1 billion. Chairman Tom Lee has called the target of holding 5% of supply the “Alchemy of 5%”. The company says it has been buying ether weekly since launching its financial strategy on June 30, 2025, and is staking most of its holdings through its MAVAN network.
