[Digital Today reporter Sangyeop Oh] Blockchain infrastructure company DSRV is joining hands with global blockchain development platform Alchemy to target the Asian blockchain data infrastructure market, focusing on South Korea and Japan.
DSRV said on Tuesday it signed a strategic partnership with Alchemy. The two companies plan to link DSRV's blockchain RPC (Remote Procedure Call) node service, All That Node, with Alchemy's global RPC infrastructure to expand service coverage and data processing capacity.
RPC is infrastructure that connects wallets, exchanges, DApps and financial services so they can exchange data with blockchain networks. When users check asset balances in a wallet or send digital assets, they also communicate with blockchain nodes through RPC.
Just as Web2 services receive servers and computing resources from cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, RPC infrastructure in Web3 services serves as the foundation for accessing blockchain data.
The importance of RPC infrastructure is also growing as financial services shift on-chain, including stablecoin payments, asset tokenisation and real-world assets, or RWA.
The company explained that response speed, stability and scalability affect service quality because it must handle large-scale transactions and real-time data requests.
DSRV will handle customer support in Asia based on years of experience operating nodes and validators. Domestic customers can use Alchemy's infrastructure through All That Node and consult in Korean with DSRV's domestic engineers on deployment requirements and issues that arise during operations.
Alchemy provides RPC application programming interfaces, or APIs, and data infrastructure that support more than 100 blockchain networks.
DSRV plans to expand supported networks and data processing capacity through the cooperation, while Alchemy aims to broaden local customer touchpoints by using DSRV's experience in serving the Asian market and institutional clients.
Jiyoon Jung (정지윤), DSRV's chief operating officer, said, "To earn customers' trust, you need not only technical capabilities but also the ability to understand and respond to each country's regulations and customer requirements." She added, "We will continue to provide blockchain services that companies can use with confidence."
