Hana Financial to expand reverse mortgage service for homes valued above 1.2 billion won

Hana Financial Group said it will expand and overhaul the service scope of its reverse mortgage product, Hana The Next My Home Pension, from April 1 for customers aged 55 and older who own homes valued above 1.2 billion won. The group will broaden eligibility to include certain redevelopment and reconstruction properties by applying mortgage liens for a set period. It also added five pension payout limit options, from 500 million won to 1.5 billion won.

TikTok expands support for live music creators, linking online and offline performances

TikTok said on March 30 it will expand support programmes this year for music creators active on TikTok Live. The company said the number of domestic music live creators rose by about 10 times over the past year after it ran music events and creator development programmes. TikTok plans to build a structure that helps creators form fandoms, link online activity to offline performances and create a growth path that could extend to global stages.

Bithumb holds donation challenge with SSG Landers to support women's baseball

Bithumb said on March 30 it held an equipment handover ceremony with the SSG Landers to support women’s baseball. The event took place before the start of the home opener on March 28 at Incheon SSG Landers Field. The donation was raised through the fan-participation “Bithumb Donation Challenge” campaign held twice last year. The 40 million won donation funded the purchase of 7,500 baseballs.
