[Digital Today reporter Chi-gyu Hwang (황치규)] Cleanspark shares fell 5.5 percent after quarterly revenue came in below Wall Street estimates. On Aug. 7 local time, Cointelegraph reported that Cleanspark posted fiscal 2026 third-quarter revenue of $138.0 million.

Revenue fell 30.5 percent from $198.0 million a year earlier. It also slightly missed the $142.2 million analyst consensus compiled by Yahoo Finance.

Cleanspark also posted a net loss of $239.0 million in the latest quarter. In the same period last year, it recorded net income of $257.0 million and $0.90 per share.

Cleanspark is expanding beyond bitcoin mining into AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. On July 14, it signed a 20-year lease for a 175-megawatt data center at its Sandersonville campus in Georgia with an undisclosed investment-grade global technology company.
