W Games 2025 operating profit falls 6.7 percent to 232.1 billion won
W Games posted its highest-ever annual revenue in 2025, but profitability weakened. The company reported revenue of 719.9 billion won, operating profit of 232.1 billion won and net profit of 179.8 billion won. Revenue rose 13.6 percent from a year earlier, while operating profit fell 6.7 percent and net profit declined 26.1 percent. Fourth-quarter revenue and operating profit rose, but net profit dropped to 44.6 billion won.

Playlinks steps up overseas business with content exports, new game launch
Social casino game developer Playlinks said on Thursday it will push ahead with an expansion in overseas markets this year, marking the first new business announcement by its co-CEOs appointed last year. It plans to export slot content in the global iGaming market through certified distribution partners and launch a new title, Slotopolis, in the third quarter. The company posted 67.0 billion won in revenue in 2024.
