Enhance said on Wednesday it has begun a pilot project with IBK Industrial Bank to test ontology-based AI data analysis. The pilot focuses on structuring internal work knowledge and tacit know-how so AI agents can use it, and on verifying whether employees can retrieve and analyse needed data through natural-language queries. It will run through November and use a pre-agreed “golden set” dataset for quantitative evaluation.

SAP CEO Christian Klein (크리스티안 클라인) said the company is focusing on developing AI agents that automate the most complex business processes. He said executive discussions have shifted from cloud migration to AI, and companies want to automate workflows and manage AI agents more easily. Klein said SAP will release only agents that solve customers’ complex tasks, and stressed the importance of data, ontology and the business data cloud for accuracy.
