Banksalad launches personalised interest-cutting solution to boost loan management

Banksalad has launched a personalised service designed to cut loan interest and strengthen its loan management features. The company said it has added an \"interest cutting\" solution to its loan service, expanding beyond refinancing-focused tools. The service compares four interest-saving methods on one screen and can be used together. Using MyData infrastructure, it analyses loan and other customer information to estimate maximum annual interest savings.

K Bank sole proprietor loan balance tops 3 trillion won, up 1 trillion won in six months

K Bank said on May 18 its loan balance to sole proprietors topped 3 trillion won as of May, rising by 1 trillion won in about six months after exceeding 2 trillion won in November. Growth was led by guarantee-backed loans and property-secured loans. The bank said it is expanding cooperation with regional credit guarantee foundations and local governments and has launched a Seoul-linked overdraft-style guarantee loan product.

Finda says mid-to-low credit borrowers prefer policy loans for unsecured and secured lending

Finda said loan preferences among mid-to-low credit borrowers are clearly split by credit score range. Based on an analysis of first-quarter data over the past three years, users with credit scores in the 400 to 800 range mainly used unsecured and secured loans and policy finance products such as Haetsal Loan, it said on Wednesday. By contracted amount, unsecured loans, auto-secured loans and policy products accounted for a large share across the range.
