Samsung Electronics Service expands reservation service nationwide
Samsung Electronics Service said on March 30 it will expand its reservation service to 169 service centres nationwide from April 1. The service lets customers choose a time for checks of phones, tablets and wearable devices without waiting. A pilot at 23 centres began in September. The share of reservation customers in March rose by more than 50 percent from September, prompting a nationwide rollout.

GS25 says fresh food sales on app jump 540 percent year-on-year as it boosts O4O grocery push
GS25 said on Saturday that its fresh-food pre-order promotion on the WooridongneGS app logged 20,000 cumulative orders in January and February. The retailer said fresh-food sales generated through the app rose 540 percent from a year earlier. It said meat, seafood and fruit sold evenly, with pork belly and air-shipped salmon fillet among top items. Customers in their 20s and 30s accounted for about 70 percent.

Naver, Kakao launch \'AI citizen secretary\' with Interior Ministry
Naver and Kakao launched an AI-based public service agent, \'AI citizen secretary\', in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. The companies attended an opening ceremony for the pilot service on March 9 in Pangyo Techno Valley ahead of the public launch on March 10. Users can handle electronic certificate issuance and reservations for public facilities without installing separate apps. Both services offer issuance for about 100 certificate types and searches and bookings for about 1,200 public sports facilities and meeting rooms nationwide.
