NHN KCP launches integrated data platform KCP BizPartner
NHN KCP said on Tuesday it has launched KCP BizPartner, a management platform that integrates online and offline payment data. The platform combines payment data from online shopping malls and offline stores and provides it in real time. It allows merchants to check previously dispersed sales information on a single screen. It also offers AI-based analysis to predict sales trends and support decisions such as inventory management, staffing and promotion strategies.

Naver to link search and purchases with \'action AI\', profit ramp-up in H2
Naver is making a shift to connect search to transactions a core task this year, focusing on building an uninterrupted flow from search to purchases and reservations around what it calls “action AI”. The company posted first-quarter revenue of 3.24 trillion won and operating profit of 541.8 billion won. It plans to test generative AI ads tied to shopping and local services from the second quarter and begin full monetisation in the third quarter.

Musinsa opens Seongsu megastore in push to expand offline
Musinsa has opened its largest offline select shop, Musinsa Megastore Seongsu, in Seoul’s Seongsu-dong as it accelerates its offline expansion. Spanning five floors from basement level 1 to the fourth floor, the store combines fashion and beauty with content and food and beverage. It features about 1,000 brands and strengthened O4O functions that reflect online data in-store. Musinsa aims to broaden its customer base beyond younger shoppers and position Seongsu as a key offline hub.
