Hana Securities to pursue public offering of investment contract securities backed by Korean pork

Hana Securities said on Jan. 29 it will pursue a public offering of “Livestock Investment Contract Securities No. 1” with DataGen, using domestically produced pork as the underlying asset. The product is an asset-backed investment contract security that covers the full process from purchase to raising, shipment and sale. Investors obtain shared ownership interests and receive profit or loss allocations based on their holdings. The total offering size is 216,240,000 won.
