Hancom Lifecare partners with France\'s Shark Robotics to enter unmanned firefighting robot business
Hancom Lifecare said on Wednesday it signed a strategic business agreement with French unmanned ground vehicle company Shark Robotics related to the South Korean market. The company said it plans to expand beyond its existing safety equipment manufacturing capabilities into robot-based intelligent safety solutions. It will introduce Shark Robotics\' COLOSSUS and Rhyno Protect models, which can be remotely controlled and fitted with modular equipment including water cannons, smoke exhaust fans, stretchers and CBRN reconnaissance sensors.

CILab partners with Ehwa Machinery Japan on AI infrastructure business in Japan
AI company CILab said on March 17 it signed a memorandum of understanding with Japan-based industrial facilities company Ehwa Machinery Japan to supply its AI infrastructure solution AstraGo and jointly develop business. CILab aims to accelerate its push into Japan based on capabilities to maximize operational efficiency of high-cost GPU resources. The company said AstraGo 2.0 manages GPU clusters using intelligent scheduling to minimize idle resources.

ADT Caps steps up rapid response system based on flame detectors
SK Shieldus\' physical security brand ADT Caps said on Tuesday it is strengthening its flame detector-based fire response system for industrial facilities as the risk of springtime fires rises. The company is expanding use of flame detectors that can detect specific wavelengths generated by flames within seconds. When a signal is detected, it links immediately to its monitoring infrastructure, enabling real-time checks via AI CCTV, customer alerts, emergency dispatch and reporting to relevant agencies.
