Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max may get thicker and heavier as battery expands
Speculation suggests Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro Max could weigh about 240 grams, making it the heaviest recent iPhone model. Reports cite expectations of a larger battery and a thicker design, including claims it could be about 2 mm thicker than the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Regulatory documents have also listed higher battery capacities for eSIM-only and physical SIM versions. If accurate, the changes could reverse a recent trend toward lighter Pro Max models.

Not all iPhones will get Siri AI even with iOS 27; support limited to iPhone 15 Pro and later
Apple is expected to offer its AI-based Siri, due this autumn, only on models from the iPhone 15 Pro onward. Engadget reported the upgrade will be available only on devices that support Apple Intelligence. For iPads and Macs, eligible models include those with Apple silicon, and the 2024 iPad mini is included because it uses the same system-on-chip as the iPhone 15 Pro. Users can check support in the Settings app.
