Not all iPhones will get Siri AI even with iOS 27; support limited to iPhone 15 Pro and later
Apple is expected to offer its AI-based Siri, due this autumn, only on models from the iPhone 15 Pro onward. Engadget reported the upgrade will be available only on devices that support Apple Intelligence. For iPads and Macs, eligible models include those with Apple silicon, and the 2024 iPad mini is included because it uses the same system-on-chip as the iPhone 15 Pro. Users can check support in the Settings app.

Apple iOS 27 to drop support for older devices including iPhone 11
As Apple nears the release of its next operating system, iOS 27, expectations have emerged that older devices including the iPhone 11 series will be excluded in large numbers. NineToFiveMac reported a list of officially supported models, citing IT source Instant Digital. The report said four models that support iOS 26 could be dropped. If confirmed, the minimum requirement would rise to the iPhone 12 series and iPhone SE third generation or later.
