Hana Financial Group to support employment links for people with disabilities and borderline intellectual functioning
Hana Financial Group will provide job-related training, employment preparation education and internships for people with developmental and hearing disabilities and those with borderline intellectual functioning. The group said on Monday it will run an employment education and job-link support program to help stable independence. The three-stage program includes tailored training, preparation education and internships. Applications will be accepted through July 10, with 85 trainees to be selected.

Hana Financial to expand lifecycle support for people with disabilities, from rehabilitation to financial services
Hana Financial Group will launch an integrated support programme to help people with disabilities enter society and live independently, covering rehabilitation, education, housing welfare, jobs and financial services. The group will provide customised assistive devices to 300 low-income children and teenagers with disabilities and run job-linked training for 85 people, including those with developmental and hearing disabilities. It will renovate 20 ageing residential facilities and provide vehicles, including lift-equipped compact cars.

Hana Financial Group provides sign language training for employees
Hana Financial Group started its seventh sign language training course for employees on May 6, the group said on May 7. The company runs regular sign language training for employees in the first and second halves of the year, with about 270 people having participated cumulatively through last year. Participants learn basic expressions and practical sign language during lunch breaks. The programme is linked to volunteering at a sports event for people with hearing disabilities.
