Apple cancels development of 18-inch foldable iPad-Mac hybrid device
Apple has cancelled plans to develop a large-screen foldable iPad-Mac hybrid device, a report said. A research note by market tracker Omdia said Apple dropped a plan for a 16.1 to 18-inch foldable MacBook. The product had been widely rumoured and was once discussed as a possible 2026 launch before expectations shifted to 2028. Apple has not issued an official response.

Apple tests 2027 iPad Pro models, seeks earlier rollout of M7 chip
Apple is testing four new iPad Pro models aimed at a spring 2027 launch, keeping 11-inch and 13-inch screen sizes, a report said.
